Yes — both are official KRESE stores. We simply run two sites so we can serve each region properly.

krese.co serves our customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and the UK.
trykrese.com serves our customers in the United States.

Same brand, same formulas, same products, same team.

KRESE was founded by Curaçao natives and is established in the United States.

We also have a company on the island — which distributes KRESE locally in Curaçao. That same team also looks after our Curaçaoan customers living in the Netherlands, so you're always in familiar hands.

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location — The Netherlands, Belgium, The United Kingdom, France: approximately 5–10 business days. Remote locations: up to 15 or more business days.

WhatsApp ordering is available for our customers in the Netherlands. It's there for anyone who'd prefer to pay a different way than checking out on the website.

You're welcome to write to us in Papiamentu, Dutch or English — whatever feels most comfortable.

For WhatsApp orders to the Netherlands, we accept:

• Bank transfer
• iDEAL
• Swipe or Cash payment in Curaçao — through a family member or friend on the island

If someone pays for you in Curaçao, we still ship the order directly to your address in the Netherlands. Just message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it with you.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you ordered through WhatsApp, we'll send your tracking information directly in the chat.

At this time, we do not accept international returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with missing items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any damage, when applicable. Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.

Reach out to us at info@krese.co or on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll look into it right away. We respond to all messages within 24–48 hours.

Yes — it's exactly the same product. Our 7-in-1 Scalp, Edges & Hairline Restore Formula hasn't changed. We simply updated our packaging and box with a new label design.

If you received a bottle with the older label, there's nothing to worry about. Same formula, same ingredients, same results.

Apply a few drops onto your scalp and along your edges, then gently massage it in with your fingertips to spread evenly. Focus on your edges and any thinning spots.

Use daily for best results — ideally at night before bed — or apply before shampooing as a pre-wash treatment.

Daily use gives the best results. Many customers apply it at night and cover their hair with a bonnet. Consistency matters more than quantity — a little goes a long way.

KRESE is lightweight and fast-absorbing, so it sinks into the scalp rather than sitting on top of it. Start with just a few drops — using more than you need is the most common reason an oil feels heavy.

Yes. KRESE is made to be used alongside protective styles and chemically treated hair. Apply directly to the scalp and edges — the areas that take the most tension.

This varies from person to person, and hair growth is naturally gradual. Use it consistently and give it time. Results vary.
