Shipping

We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location, typically arriving within 5–10 business days for standard shipping. (Netherlands, Belgium and the rest of Europe)

For remote locations, please allow up to 30 business days for delivery.

Please note: We do not ship on weekends.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order anytime on our Order Tracking Page to follow your package every step of the way.

If you do not receive a tracking number, or if your tracking link isn’t working after 48 hours, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

In some cases, your order may take longer than the estimated delivery window due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing delays, postal service disruptions, or public holidays. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation.

Import Duties:
Please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and, if applicable, will be collected upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about any additional fees.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
Due to our streamlined shipping process, it’s challenging to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Returned to Sender:
If an order is returned to Krese due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
We will gladly reship the package, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Customer Responsibility for Accurate Shipping Information:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Krese cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or items returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Address Confirmation:
We strongly encourage all customers to double-check their shipping address before completing their order.

Krese is not liable for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees caused by errors in the shipping address.
