Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on any opened items.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
If any of these conditions are not met, a return will not be accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@krese.co, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Please note:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@krese.co with your order number and reason for the return. We do not offer free returns, all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed (excluding original shipping costs)
- It will be applied back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
- Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Shipping and postage fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
All items purchased during promotions, sales, or holiday events are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email info@krese.co with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
Our customer care team will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.
