International Returns and Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept international returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with missing items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any damage, when applicable. Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Original shipping, postage, and delivery fees are non-refundable. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
